There is a shortage of people in the labor market. Companies are looking for alternatives – get reinforcements in the dark abroad or still use robots for some activities. In automation, our country stands on the top ground from EU countries. And so the robots have us and a personal agency.

Don’t you have people? Hire a robot. This is a distorted idea of the Amtech staff, which started operating about two months ago. At first we just sold the robots, now we spread the promise for rent. We want to help companies to be able to cover their supplies in the current situation on the labor market, to Vt Pavelek from Amtech.

According to him, the team is not to replace workers, but to help them with simple operations. These are collaborative robots, ie those that can work with humans, don’t overheat them. And the company will move the employees to work with added value, explains Pavelka.

Agency 4 Robots cl for all types of companies from small to large. The offer includes robots from Universal Robots, which are robotic arms designed to mimic the range of motion of a human arm. And from Mobile industrial robots, they offer autonomous trucks that can deliver from 100 to 500 kilos and are regularly stored in stock.

Do not speak, robots, do not need to grow or jump

The prices of such robots range from 1.2 and 1.8 million crowns. If companies only need them on time, for example for the duration of a contract, they will rent them for about 1.3 and 1.6 average wages (approx. 30 thousand) msn.

This price includes the entire package, including service and technical support. The coincidence is that the robot is not sick, does not need harvests, does not need a jump, a parking space. You don’t have to teach him and the quality of his work will still be the same. And the robots do not have unions, add Pavelka.

Similar staffing agencies operate in the United States, Japan and Denmark. Pavelka will grow, rent a robot for the future. We even thought about making a robot profile on LinkedIn, something in the sense: umm this and that, I don’t say, I don’t want a company car. First on the social walls, move the HR and look for candidates. And we first want to show them that you can also employ a robot, adds Pavelka.

Although the Czech market is very automated compared to other countries, according to Pavelka, a very entrepreneur cannot imagine how small a robot in its operation, in the long run, can. Pipad told them to do it, but it’s not like that at all. It is very easy to program our robot. One example of help in horticulture, add.

So how do you find out if a robot throws first to vm to work? All you have to do is call and the agency’s representative will arrive at the company, at the entrepreneur, go through the operation with him and recommend the robot for certain activities. Then the company calculates the costs and sees how reversible it is and whether it pays off, Pavelka concludes.

Let’s leave the routine to the robots

A case with a staff for robots is a matter of expertise. For example, Karel Havlek, f Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Tradesmen. He considers this to be one of the few ways to get robotics into smaller companies. They usually don’t have enough pensions to buy a robot, but they could find pensions for rent.

As well as Ji Halbrtt, Managing and Marketing Manager at Manpower. Offering robots for a limited period of time as brigdnky and the price for depreciation and service to come out at hourly rates is definitely an interesting marketing move. The hourly price shows that it is cheaper to invest in technology to perform routine tasks. This applies not only to manual work, but also to many administrative tasks that software can give to the HR.

According to a Manpower survey, 45% of the day-to-day work for which people are paid today could be automated with currently available technologies.

According to Halbrtt, many companies find that the implementation of new technologies may be difficult. So wonder if you can fully embark on automation and say goodbye to employees. The technology will replace routine wheels, and people will be able to do more by doing their job. Creativity, emon intelligence and cognitive flexibility are the key to human skills and enable people to increase their effectiveness with the help of robots, not to be replaced by them, adds Ji Halbrtt.
