Basically, this feature is similar to the shortcut typing feature on Microsoft Word software or Vietnamese percussion. Accordingly, when users enter an auto-reply message on Zalo, they will be assigned a shortcut for quick use.
When pressing the shortcut, the content of the automatic reply message on Zalo will be displayed for us to select the message. However, at the moment this feature is only implemented on the Web, so you need to switch the browser to the desktop version first. Here are specific instructions on how to set up automatic reply messages on Zalo:
– First, open a browser on your computer and access the address https://chat.zalo.me/then log in to your Zalo account on the Web via your phone number or log in via QR code.
-At the message interface, click on any conversation and then click on the . icon Instant Messaging (in the shape of a lightning bolt). You can press Find out now to know about this feature.
– Next you click on Manage> Create new to create a new autoresponder message.
– At interface Create instant messages, you enter quick reply messages with arbitrary content to reply to the message. First of all, they enter the unsigned keyword in the top shortcut box, and they can also add a number. Maximum enter 20 words for keywords. Then you enter the message content below. For example, type “Xinchao“will become”Hi“. Also you can press the . button More photos to insert an image, then press the . button More.
-You continue to type Create new to create other instant messages. The quick reply message list can be changed or deleted as needed.
-Finally, you return to the conversation and then type “/” to open the auto-reply message list. Now you just need to click on the message you want to reply quickly to send it.
