After a series of leaked rumors, HMD Global has officially revived the Nokia 6300 phone. This is a famous phone model once, which has contributed to Nokia’s brand since the last decade.
The original was released in 2007 with a stainless steel case, it is quite sad that this detail was not brought back on the 2020 version. And this is the detail that disappointed many people. However, the new model has many upgrades on the inside.
Specifically, Nokia 6300 4G runs KaiOS operating system, is equipped with Snapdragon 210 processor with 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory. Besides, it also supports storage expansion via microSD card up to 32GB.
The phone comes with a larger 2.4-inch screen, the battery also nearly doubles from 860mAh to 1500mAh and charges via the microUSB port. According to the announcement from the manufacturer, Nokia 6300 4G can extend battery life up to 27 days in standby mode.
Another big upgrade is the addition of 4G network connectivity and Wi-Fi streaming. The device has a VGA resolution camera, an LED flash that can be used as a flashlight on the back. The device supports GPS, Bluetooth, 2 nano standard SIMs, FM radio and has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Nokia 6300 4G also comes pre-installed with a series of applications such as Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube and even the virtual assistant Google Assistant.
As expected, the device will be sold in Europe for 49 Euros (about 1.34 million VND), with 3 color options: gray, white and blue. However, the specific release date is still unknown.
