Most companies include pensions as a significant factor in increasing the motivation and loyalty of their employees. Employees, on the other hand, take this product as a standard element of their remuneration and its absence from a potential new employer, on the contrary, surprises them.

The results of a survey conducted by Komern banka towards the mainstays of pension companies connecting with a permanent contribution revealed interesting turmoil. A total of 90% of companies (the survey addressed 50 of them, from various fields) admitted that this financial tool is very suitable for hitting employees, for reducing turnover, as well as a very good motivator. Thus, by the middle of this year, 880,000 people had received a contribution from an employer in the Czech Republic, which is a quarter of all concluded pension contracts.

The fact is that the largest share in the use of retirement benefits as an employee benefit is currently enjoyed by large companies. It can be expected, however, that taking into account the suitability of the product for both parties (ie employers and employees) will in the near future also increase on the part of small and medium-sized enterprises.

But it takes a look at the interesting results of her changing the poll. Only 43% of companies that contribute to their people as part of a supplementary pension, contribute to all employees without exception. 5% of them contribute to employees according to a certain example, for example, only to management, and the rest, therefore, 52% contribute to the fulfillment of specific conditions (quality of work, performance, number of years worked, etc.).

However, as we did not know, the non-retirement pension is available only from the selection of individual companies. The employees themselves, who often work for their enthusiasm, play a role in the introduction of this product in the benefit programs. This approach on the part of the employees is confirmed by a quarter of the companies. The lack of interest of their people is characterized by only 13% of the companies that participated in the survey.

If a company is able to receive a pension contribution, more than half of the company’s employees (specifically 79% of companies) use it, which shows how beneficial this benefit is for domestic employees. For young people, moreover, the existence of such a benefit is often a starter varnish for the use of retirement benefits, which is likely to be very helpful in the future.

Although not all surveyed companies contribute to their people’s pension benefits, they de facto have something to do with this form of benefit. The survey showed that those who do not yet implement the contribution, have a retirement pension, watch it and use it in the context of motivation and consider the loyalty of their employees. Even 40% of these companies intend to introduce the contribution by the end of this year.

Let’s look at how the arguments of the company that most often contributes to the contribution of pension employees state:

– the company contributes in another way (for example to ivotn pojitn) – you do not see enough income from the company’s employees – management m na staven jin priority – The company is looking at how the pension reform will turn out
