Man jumps into icy waters to conserve pet’s life

Don Chatten was out walking his 2 dogs in Buffalo, New York, on a bitterly cold day when a woman asked for his assistance discovering her small dog.

He attempted to crawl across the ice, yet it paved the way plunging him waist-deep right into the icy waters.
